Cancellation Policies
Refundable Rate
No deposit will be processed at time of booking, however credit card details are required to guarantee room reservation. If cancellation is made within 2 days of arrival date and in the case of no-show, the first night will be charged for.
Non-Refundable Rate
The total price of the booking shall be charged at the point of booking and this amount is non-refundable. No refund is applicable if the booking is cancelled or in the case of a no-show.
Please note that no refund will be given for late arrivals or early departures.
Check In and Check Out times
Check-In time is at 2pm local time
Check-Out time is at 11am local time
We also offer a late check-out option. This is subject to availability and a charge is payable. Please contact the Reception Desk at 10.00 am on the day of your departure to ask for availability.
Wellness Rooms
Please be informed that Wellness Rooms may only accommodate persons over 18 years of age. This is due to the equipment in the room.
Children
Children under the age of two years are accommodation free of charge at the Hotel Fortina. Children rates shall apply to children between the ages of 2 and 12 years. Cots are available upon request, kindly fill in the "Addition Requests" field when making your online booking.
